IF - Entangled

Its so entangled! Thats IF theme of last friday.
Entangled with Celtic Design that I saw in some art book. This is again a glass painting I did in a small clip glass frame. I've hung it near my dressing table.

Its Bakrid holidays here for ten whole days. So lots to do at home...visiting friends, going out. Missing a little from the blogging scene. Its till coming Saturday. So will visit all my blogger friends and make it up.

Today is 38th U.A.E National Day!
Salute to you, wonderful country!

Hi Deepaz. I like the maze of your paintings on glass, did you say? I haven't ever tried to paint on glass, wood yes but glass, it's a thought. Some day I will try. Great work and enjoy your festivities. Take care.

DEEPA! Wow, the colors and intricacy! This is a very good type of entangle. It would look absolutely stunning in a window. And your horse is very regal and beautiful. Can't believe you got all that hair texture down on glass.

Thanks for your visit. Happy holidays to you and your family!

Oh this brings back so many memories of childhood! I don't really know if you've ever seen it but in the when I was a kid there used to be these carnivals that used to come in town. "Meena bazars" they used to be called.

And I used to buy this one instrument which had an I peace and when you rotate it you could see different designs using glass pieces.

This one soooooo looks like it! love it.

deepazartz said...

I am happy you feel that Lynn:)

Hey Bella...your words are always so encouraging:) Yes, It will look good on window and I intend to paint a window just like that when we build our home.
And the hair of the horse, you noticed...It was indeed difficult to get that effect. Even then there are flaws:)

Oops, Thanks 4 ur wishes Bella:)
