Fun Project

There are an immense amount of talent and creativity in the virtual world...and to hop from one to another makes it a delight when you are encountered with an explosion of talent! I sometimes find it mind boggling!!! Its like I am travelling through a magical world unraveling the mysteries each one holds for me...

It's an amazing influence and inspiration... In one such journey I came across Angie's blog - The Cellar Door Stories and saw this glass stones decoupaged.

I thought of creating my own too and introduced it as a FUN project with my daughter during her Xmas holidays... here is the result of our endeavor :)

click on the image to have a good look

We have used tiny pictures of our family members and decoupaged it...can add button magnets behind and use it as magnets.

The glass stones are available in many stores like Day to Day, IKEA, Home Center, Daiso etc.

Do leave your comments and let us know what you think of it...may be it will inspire many of you like it did us...a kind of paying it forward :)

I have a lot of those stones. This is a wonderful idea. I will have to make some magnets from mine too. Beautiful work that you and your daughter did.
